O R D E R The petitioner assailed an order by which plan sanction for construction of a Church was rejected.

¶2Learned Special Government Pleader placed before me a subsequent communication dated 14.06.2021 from the first respondent. By such communication subject to the conditions specified therein, no objection has been granted for purposes of constructing the Church. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

¶3By recording the same, W.P.(MD).No.8889 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.
