ORDER Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.24698 of 2016 dated 22.03.2019, the Contempt Petition has been filed.

¶2The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 22.03.2019 W.P.(MD).No.24698 of 2016 is complied with. This Court specifically directed the respondents to report about the surplus status in the School. The respondents have produced the proceedings dated 12.06.223, wherein, it has been reported that earlier surplus was available. Now, the respondents have passed deployment order and they are taking active steps to reconcile the surplus issue within the District.

¶3Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
