2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are family members and they are unable to execute separate sureties and they are unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the avocation of the petitioners, the petitioners are hereby directed to execute two common sureties and a further period of 15 days is granted to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.
