ORDER This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute by unnecessarily harassing the petitioners and their family members illegally under the guise of enquiry.

2.The grievance of the petitioners is that originally the petitioners are the power of attorneys to the property mentioned in the complaint. Based on the power of attorney, it was sold to the third respondent in the year 2010. Thereafter, the third respondent is in possession and enjoyment of the property by changing the revenue records in his name. Suppressing the same, a complaint was registered by the third respondent as against the petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and the petitioners also executed a sale deed in respect of some other property in favour of the defacto complainant/third respondent. In view of the above said settlement, the said complaint was closed.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
