O RDER
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent police to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.07.2022.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner was directed to submit certain documents, but without submitting such documents, he has approached this Court.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents as sought for by the police have already been submitted before the police and even then, the representation is still kept pending.
4.It is to be seen that though the respondent police were expected to dispose of the complaint after registration of the CSR quickly, they have kept the same pending for more than 1 year in this case. In view of the same, the respondent police are directed to dispose of the complaint in CSR.No.698 of 2022 as quickly as possible, not later than 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, this Petition is disposed of.
