PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.266 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 342, 324, 302 of IPC, in Crime No.266 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2The earlier application was dismissed by order dated 09.08.2023, by this Court. Suppressing the fact, this petition has been filed. It was posted on 21.09.2023 and at request, it was posted today (26.09.2023). Today also learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready to argue the matter. No purpose is going to be served by keeping this petition.

¶3Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
