ORDER This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated

27.08.2019 in I.A.No.1277 of 2018 in O.S.No.255 of 2016 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

¶2This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of O.S.No.255 of 2016 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.255 of 2016 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli was disposed of by order dated 14.10.2022.

¶3In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

¶4Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

¶5There shall be no order as to costs.
