Judgment

O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to put into effect a decision taken on 30.05.2022 in the Peace Committee Meeting in Na.Ka.No. 1890/2022/A3, by the third respondent.

¶2In the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, it had been stated that the community name has been fixed in the temple gate and this has been directed to be removed. It had been stated that the sixth respondent though participated in the peace committee meeting, has not removed his community name from the temple gate and other places surrounding of the temple.

¶3Though notice had been served to the sixth respondent and his name has been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him.

¶4It is clear that the sixth respondent has taken a conscious decision not to put into effect the decision taken by the third respondent and report before this Court. Hence, a direction is given to the third respondent to remove the name board of any community in the temple and other places surrounding of the temple. If required, he may take the assistance of the fifth respondent. The third respondent may do the necessary needful and implement the decision already taken within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶5Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
