The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to impugned rejection order issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.67/Kaa.Aa/E/Kaa.Ni/Karur/2026, dated

27.07.2026, to quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to grant permission and police protection for Kadhiravan Kabaddi Association along with Karur Amateur Kabadi Federation to conduct Kabadi Tournament schedule to be held on 15.08.2026 and 16.08.2026 at Metumahanathapuram, Krishnarayapurak Taluk, Karur District within the period stipulated by this Court.

¶2Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

¶3The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that they have aleady issued proceedings on

27.07.2026, rejecting the representation made by the petitioner stating that due to the dispute between two parties, two F.I.Rs were registered last year and only on that basis, citing law and order issue, the second respondent rejected the petitioner's representation.
