For Respondent : Mrs.M.Aasha, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.216 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 447, 294(b), 323, 379(NP) and 506(2) IPC r/w. Section 4 of TNPHW Act 2002 in Crime No.216 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is having 10 previous cases and he is a History Sheeted Rowdy and hence, strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail CRL OP(MD). No.17209 of 2023 to the petitioner.

¶3Considering the fact that the petitioner is having 10 previous cases and that he is a History Sheeted, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
