2.Heard Mr.B.Sekar, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Deepak, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the sixth respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

It is further stated that the sixth respondent, with the assistance of revenue officials, obtained an erroneous entry in FMB as if there is a line exists in the above mentioned survey numbers. The petitioner submitted a representation before the official respondents seeking correction of FMB. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

He further submits that, in case, any correction is required, the same can be done only by the Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records. However, he has not been made as party to the present writ petition.

In case, the third respondent comes to a conclusion that any correction in FMB is required, he shall forward his report to the Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records, Sivagangai, and the same shall be considered by him in accordance with law, within a further period of four weeks.
