ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent Police to file a Final Report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District in Cr.No.11 of 2023 pending on the file of the Respondent Police within a time limit as stipulated by this Court.

¶2Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

¶3The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.71 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur, dated 27.11.2022.

¶4This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
