O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated

07.07.2026 and 23.07.2026 submitted to respondent Nos.1 to 5, in terms of the proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.B4/2708/2025, dated

15.12.2025, and consequently, direct respondent Nos.4 and 5 to refund the petitioner's Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Security Deposit (SD) amounts in respect of the civil works completed in Vellaiyapuram Village Panchayat, Pullakadampan Village Panchayat and Pathanakudi Village Panchayat, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶2Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Ms.J.Saranya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3; and Mr.S.I.Muthaiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.4 and 5.

¶3By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

¶4Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.07.2026 and

23.07.2026, in the light of the proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.B4/2708/2025, dated 15.12.2025, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same have not already been considered.

¶5With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
