¶2The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are belongs to same village and prayed to execute a common sureties.

¶4Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and also considering the fact that the petitioners are the same villagers, the condition 6 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with common sureties.
