O R D E R The petitioner is the Managing Trustee of Arulmigu Maruthakaliamman Temple, Pavithram Village, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District, which is under the control of HR & CE Department. The petitioner in the capacity of Managing Trustee of the temple has filed an application that without conducting any enquiry as contemplated under Section 22A of the Registration Act, 1908, a document was registered on the temple's property.

2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and seeks time to get written instructions.

¶3Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct an enquiry as contemplated under Section 22A of the Registration Act, 1908 and to take a decision within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
