Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.561 of 2023.

3.Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by summoning both parties. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
