¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the condition, already imposed on the petitioners, is hereby fully relaxed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on receiving summons as directed by the trial Court.
