Judgment
ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the very suit in O.S.No.52 of 2011 has been dismissed for default on 09.11.2021, and that nothing survives in the matter. Hence, he prayed to dismiss this civil revision petition as infructuous, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
¶2Having considered the submission, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
