ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The petitioner has essentially raised a private dispute involving the respondents 4 and 5. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Civil Court for relief. In the suit, the petitioner can very well make the registering authority as party. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.Granting liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
