Senthilmurugan v. The District Collector

O R D E R The present Writ Petition has been filed by a salesman in the Co-operative Societies, Dindigul District, seeking a mandamus to include his name in the provisional selection list by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 09.09.2023.

¶2The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has produced the copy of the order dated 29.09.2023, under which, the representation of the writ petitioner has been considered and rejected citing that the writ petitioner has secured less marks than the cut of Marks for MBC candidates.

¶3In view of the above said facts, this Writ Petition stands dismissed, granting liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the order dated 29.09.2023, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
