Judgment

O RDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, he learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that there is matrimonial dispute between the parties. Hence, it was referred to the Social Welfare Officer and now pending before him for conciliation process. The petitioner did not appear before the Social Welfare Officer even for a single hearing.

3.Let the petitioner appear before the Social Welfare Officer concerned and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. There is no question of harassment. I find no reason to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
