Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DINESH.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15268 of 2023, dated 22.08.2023, in Crime No.18 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

¶2Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

¶3This petition is ordered and the time for surrendering and executing the sureties is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
