This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.62 of 2013, dated 20.01.2023 on the file of the respondent.

¶2The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, investigation is completed and Final Report is made ready on 20.11.2023. It will be presented before the concerned Court within a period of one week.

¶3Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be direction to the respondent Police to present the above said Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

¶4With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
