¶2Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, police.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there is no ground to modify the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.
