This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere or disturb with the peaceful conduct of the petitioner's business, based on the petitioner's representation dated

22.09.2023.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is running a business of offering health therapies under the name and style of "Hebel unisex Ayurvedic Care Centre"at No.3/59, 2nd Floor, PRS Tower, Opposite to HP Petrol Bunk, Konar Chathiram Bus Stop, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District. The second respondent is often came to the petitioner's business premises that they received information that some illegal business is being conducted by the petitioner and harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence the petitioner has made a representation dated 22.09.2023.

¶3Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that so far no complaint has been received against the petitioner and an enquiry was undertaken. No one related to the respondent police station has visited the petitioner's business premises.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
