This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the case in D.V.C.No.56/2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Judge, Thiruchirappalli and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2.In view of the Full Bench decision, let the petitioners may invoke proper procedure before the competent Court. In the meantime, Registry is directed to return the original certified copy of the order to the petitioners for further action.

3.In view of the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
