ORDER

Heard both sides.

¶2The petitioner can very well perform Annathanam in connection with Ippasi Visu Festival. The prayer for handing over the vessels belonging to Chokkampatti Jamin to the petitioner may not arise for the present. Liberty is given to the petitioner to agitate this issue later.

¶3With this observation that the petitioner can very well perform Annathanam, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
