¶2The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the third respondent has given a complaint against this petitioner stating that she is working in the petitioner's company called Thulir. The petitioner promissed to arrange the loan amount of Rs.1,20,000/-, for which, he collected Rs.3,500/- from various persons. Totally 164 persons joined in the above said scheme and later the petitioner defaulted and cheated. On the basis of the above said complaint, summon was issued to the petitioner.
