¶2By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself. In view of the order proposed to be passed in this Writ Petition, protecting the interest of the respondents 5 and 6 also, notice to the respondents 5 and 6 is dispensed with.

¶3The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the poramboke lands are encroached upon by few private individuals and the complaint submitted by the petitioner has not been respondented. Thus, the petitioner is constrained to move the present Writ Petition.

¶4Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 made a submission that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, action was initiated and notice was issued to the encroachers.
