ORDER

Heard both sides.

¶2The petitioner wants her application for issuance of free house site patta to be considered.

¶3When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on 21.09.2023, order under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 had already been passed. Unless the said order is interfered with by the Hon'ble Division Bench, this Court will not be justified in giving any direction to the jurisdictional Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's application.

¶4The petitioner is given liberty to approach this Court again after she exhausts her remedies against the order passed under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

¶5This writ petition stands dismissed with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
