¶2The petitioner has given the petition-mentioned representation for cancelling the petition-mentioned documents. The petitioner is obviously invoking Section 77A of the Registration Act. The second respondent shall keep the petitioner's representation pending on its file. Based on the decision of the Hon'ble Larger Bench, the second respondent shall take a call in the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
