This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.195 of 2023 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Uthappanaickanur Police Station, Madurai District and quash the same as against the petitioners.

¶2Heard both sides.

¶3Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti on 13.09.2023, but not yet taken on file.

¶4There shall be a direction to the trial Court to process the final report within the stipulated time. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.

¶5With this direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
