¶2On 10.10.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.200 of 2018 is completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani on 20.01.2022 through E-filing.

¶3A report is received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani. Perusal of report shows that the respondent police filed the final report on

After receiving the notice, except one Nalalingam, other accused appeared before that Court and now the case is posted for filing counter.

¶4In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court itself and make his objections, if any, with regard to the delay occurred. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
