ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested persons shall be put on notice.

¶3The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
