Pushpa N v. The District Elementary Educational Officer

O R D E R The present Writ Petition has been filed by a B.T.Assistant (English) Teacher seeking a mandamus directing the first respondent to approve the appointment, dated 19.11.2015 in the third respondent School.

¶2According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner was appointed on 19.11.2015 in the third respondent School as a B.T.Assistant (English) Teacher and the papers for approval were forwarded by the School to the first respondent herein on 17.11.2015. However, the papers were returned for compliance of certain defects. Even though, the School has resubmitted the said papers for approval, no orders have been passed by the first respondent herein.

¶3In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with the above said terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
