Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNAKARAN K.M., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP(MD)No.14757 of 2023, dated 23/08/2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are regularly complying the condition imposed by this court from 20/09/2023 without fail.

4.In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and the condition imposed upon the petitioners is relaxed in toto.
