O R D E R The present Review Application has been filed seeking to review the order dated 09.11.2022 in W.P(MD) No.16915 of 2013 on the ground that the Executive Committee of the year 2013 has already been superseded by subsequent Committee and therefore, the complaint relating to the Committee of the year 2013 should not have been considered.

¶2In view of the fact that the representation of the writ petitioner has already been rejected by the Secretary to Government, Registration and Commercial Tax Department, no further orders are called for.

¶3Hence, this Review Application stands closed.
