This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tuticorin, Tuticorin District, to dispose of the case in C.C. No.202/2017 within a specific period.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner is aged about 86 years and the crime is of the year 1999 and the case is registered in C.C.No.202 of 2017, the trial process is not completed.

¶3Considering the age of the petitioner and the oldeness of the crime, let the above said trial process be disposed of within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

¶4With the above said direction, this petition is disposed of.
