¶3This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents No.3 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated
08.08.2026 thereby to take appropriate measures to ensure that there is no first honour to any individual in the temple function at Sakthi Vinayakar, Valavandan Amman and Neraikulatha Iyyanar temple situated in S.M.ilanthaikulam, Village S. ¶6Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above undertaking of the learned counsel for the fifth respondent.
