O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent herein to grant permission and give necessary Police protection for conducting the festival of the Achuvandai Perumal Thirukovil, wherein the deities of Achuvandai Perumal Thirukovil Temple, which is situated at Pambalupatti, Kulampatti, Attukaranpatti, Chinnakkonampatti Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2023.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the respondents No.4 to 6 would submit that the above said festival is already over on 14.10.2023.

¶3In view of the above said submissions, this Petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
