2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents made a submission that Form 6 under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act has already been issued to the encroachers on

05.12.2023 and eviction process will be completed and encroachers will be evicted within a period of two months by following due process of law.
