2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
