¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Karaikudi Municipality informs the Court that the petitioner's grievance has already been redressed. Mutation has been made in favour of the petitioner on 03.10.2023 itself.

¶3Recording this submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
