Judgment

ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

¶2The petitioner and the private respondents are pangalis. There is a dispute among them regarding the administration and management of the petition mentioned temple. It does not appear to be a public temple. In such cases, the revenue authorities have no role whatsoever. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court or any other appropriate forum for resolving his dispute. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

¶3With this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petitioner is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
