This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.69 of 2021 on the file of the respondent No.1 dated 11.02.2021 sofaras the petitioners are concerned.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that a case in Crime No.69 of 2021, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) of IPC, on 11.02.2021 as against the petitioners. This petition is filed seeking quashment.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) for the first respondent would submit that it is a case in counter case. In both the cases, investigation has been completed and the final reports were filed before the concerned trial Court through E-filing No.6199 of 2023 and it has not been taken on file so far.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the concerned trial Court to process the above said final report within the time stipulated as per Rules.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved by the contents of the final report. consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
