ORDER This petition is filed to punish the contemnor / respondent for disobeying and defying the order, dated 29.07.2022 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13751 of 2022, on the file of this Court in accordance with law.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kodaikanal, on 03.04.2023.

¶3Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
