PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.136 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.06.2023, at about 07.00 pm., the accused persons trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and inflicted injuries by sword to her husband and also abused in filthy language. Hence the case.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioner is in custody from
09.08.2023, hence he seeks bail.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that petitioner along with other accused have assaulted the defacto complainant's husband with sword. He would further submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet also filed before the concerned trial Court. He would also submit that the petitioner is having 17 previous cases and hence, he strongly objected to grant bail to the petitioner.
