Judgment
ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the third respondent to make appropriate bandobust arrangements for conducting the petition mentioned event. The learned standing counsel for the waqf board points out that for the last sixteen years, the Kandhoori festival has not been celebrated. He also would point out that the petitioner is not a member of the committee managing the pallivasal. He also stated that due to certain disputes, election could not be held. I sustain the objections raised by the learned standing counsel. As and when, election is held and a new committee is constituted, it is the committee that has to take a call in the matter. The writ court will not be justified in issuing any direction at this stage. It is for the appropriate court or forum that has to take a call.
3.Leaving open all the contentions of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
