Ramakrishnan.K v. The Additional Chief Secretary to Government

ORDER Heard both sides.

¶2All that the petitioner wants is replacement of the existing statue with a new one. The existing statue is made of cement. The proposed one is made of bronze. No exception can be taken to the petitioner's request. It is also stated that there is no law and order issue.

¶3I direct the first respondent to grant permission to the petitioner as sought for. Such proceedings shall be issued by the first respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
