DISPOSED OF
Court
High Court of Madras
Decided

Bench

Case no.
WP(MD) 25677/2023

Judgment

ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for R1 & R2 and the learned Government Advocate for R3 & R4. Service of notice on the 5th respondent is yet to be completed.

¶2On a careful reading of the entire materials on record, I am satisfied that the case involves only a private dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the 5th respondent on the other. Invocation of writ jurisdiction is misconceived. The petitioner has to necessarily go elsewhere. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

¶3With this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
